In litigation matters, our firm represents plaintiffs and defendants in Federal Court, and in the California State Courts, including appellate courts. We also represent parties in matters before the United States Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. With respect to transactional matters our firm: advises clients on matters concerning Patents, Trademarks and Copyrights; performs Patent and Trademark Searches and Analyses; prepares, files and prosecutes Patent Applications; prepares, files and prosecutes Trademark Applications; provides maintenance services for Patents and Trademarks; provides services in the formation and operation of business entities such as Corporations, General and Limited Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies; and provides services with respect to Business and Real Property matters.
